Statement of Issue:
The Public Works and Fire Departments require environmental engineering services on an as-needed basis to support staff for general environmental engineering consultation and the implementation of programs and inspections under the hazardous waste and material, landfill and gas, and the water quality programs, as administered and implemented by Public Works and Fire Department's staff. The existing contracts for these services expire on February 6, 2020, but allow for a one-year extension. At this time, approval of the extensions is recommended.

Financial Impact:
These are contract time extensions. No additional compensation is requested. Funds for these services are included in the Fire and Public Works Department FY 2019/20 budgets.
