STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Annually, the Planning Commission nominates and elects a Chair and Vice Chair to preside over the meetings for a one year period. According to the Planning Commission By-Laws, election of the Chair and Vice Chair is based on seniority. Attachment No. 1 describes the Planning Commission seniority for 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:

That the Planning Commission take the following action:
Nominate and elect the Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair.
