**ITEM #12 IS WITHDRAWN FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION**
Request to Cancel the December 8, 2022 Special Meeting and provide the City Council with briefings on the Housing Element Update
recommendation
It is requested by Councilmember-Elect McKeon that the City Council vote to cancel the December 8th Special Meeting and cancel the Housing Element public hearing that was continued from November 29, 2022. He would also like to request the City Manager to work with staff to provide new Councilmembers with comprehensive briefings at future City Council Meetings on the Housing Element Update.
