Statement of Issue:
Plans and Specifications for the Harbour View Clubhouse Improvements, CC-1633, are complete and the project is ready to advertise for construction.
Funding Source:
Funding in the amount of $775,000 was approved in the FY 21/22 Capital Improvement Program within Park Development Impact Fee Fund account 22845016.82900 for the project.

Motion to approve that the Harbour View Clubhouse Improvements, CC-1633, is in general conformance with the previously approved Capital Improvement Program.

Analysis:
The Harbour View Clubhouse Improvements project will renovate the clubhouse interior at this park, which includes refurbishment of the building’s restrooms to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), replacement of flooring, a remodel of the kitchen area, installation of an ADA access ramp to the building, and replacement of the aging equipment and materials throughout the building interior. The project will also replace the clubhouse exterior hardscape at the park with new concrete frontage and pathways which will help expand programming opportunities outside the building. The project will improve overall ADA access which includes improving the walkways within the park, the clubhouse restrooms, the perimeter of the clubhouse, and installing a new access ramp in the parking lot. The engineer’s estimate for this project is approximately $778,000.
