1. Designate the General Manager as the primary authorized representative to submit the WOCWB vote for the ACWA Statewide Election;
2. Designate the Staff Liaison as the alternate authorized representative to submit the WOCWB vote for the Statewide Election;
3. Provide Staff direction regarding the WOCWB candidate selection for the ACWA Statewide election
