I recommend that the City Council vote to direct the City Manager to begin work on creating a Citywide Sustainability Master Plan, which should incorporate and prioritize protection of our local environment, advancement of our common economic interests, expansion of community health / wellbeing programs, and elevation of equity and inclusion efforts.
