Statement of Issue:
The Community & Library Services Department is requesting approval of Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. C-8-1882 (Agreement) for the Orange County Enhanced Mobility for Seniors and Disabled (EMSD) Grant Program between the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and the City of Huntington Beach. On April 1, 2019, City Council approved the Agreement with a term of October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2020. Amendment No. 1 will extend the term through September 30, 2023.
Financial Impact:
Not applicable. The City's match obligation of 20% was met in Fiscal Year 2019/20. No additional funds are required to approve the Recommended Action.
