Based on my assessment of this overall situation, I am requesting that the City Council vote to direct staff to analyze and bring back in Q1-2020 modifications to the Beach Parking Pass program that would result in disabled residents being able to acquire no-cost or low-cost disabled Beach Parking Passes for formal City Council consideration.
