Statement of Issue:
Staff is requesting the approval of Amendment No. 1 to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the professional services agreement with Sierra Analytic Laboratories for water quality analysis and sampling and extend the contract term by one year to February 6, 2027.

Financial Impact:
Amendment No. 1 increases the not-to-exceed amount from the current $360,000 of the professional services agreement with Sierra Analytic Laboratories, Inc. by $120,000. Funding in the amount of $120,000 is included in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 approved budget, 50685802.69365. Funding for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 will be included in that budget request.
