Create an Ad Hoc Council Committee on Juvenile E-Bike Safety and Enforcement, consisting of three Council members, to research current local and state laws regarding e-bike operation by minors, consult with the Huntington Beach Police Department on enforcement challenges and resource needs, develop recommended policy direction and potential amendments to HBMC Chapter 10.84, and report back to the full City Council within 90 days.
