Request the City Manager to form a Brown Act committee of 7-9 residents appointed by two Council liaisons to create an Art Center Committee to assist the Art Center with scheduling events, education classes, and curating art exhibitions with national and local artists, in order to enhance the Art Center, promote local artists and coordinate events with the Surf Museum.
