Statement of Issue:
The Community & Library Services and Public Works Departments require multi-discipline architectural engineering, landscape architectural engineering, and professional design consulting services on an on-call, as-needed basis for architectural engineering, landscape architectural engineering, and professional consulting services for design and construction administration for capital projects and city facilities.
Financial Impact:
The FY 2025/26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes over $8.6 million in new and continuing appropriations for beach, facilities, and park development projects.
