SUBMITTED TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council Members

SUBMITTED BY: Eric G. Parra, Interim City Manager

VIA: Chau Vu, Director of Public Works

PREPARED BY: Joseph Fuentes, Principal Civil Engineer

Subject:
title
Approve and authorize execution of Amendment No. 1 to add Yorktown bridge to the existing Cooperative Agreement with the Orange County Flood Control District for funding, construction, and maintenance of bridges
