REQUEST:
To review conceptual plans for “Approval in Concept” for the proposed construction of a 79 sq. ft. addition to the existing residence, and addition of a new second dwelling to include 2,070 sq. ft. of habitable area, 1,000 sq. ft. of balconies, deck and roof top deck, 350 sq. ft. of enclosed garage space (2 car), and a 279 sq. ft. ADU. The existing dwelling unit to the west will remain and be internally remodeled with exception of the proposed 79 sq. ft. addition. The existing unit to the East along with the existing decks will be demolished to make way for the new dwelling unit.
