The City Council approve the Ad Hoc Committee’s recommendation to direct the City Manager to work with the City Attorney to send a letter to the Project Proponents notifying them of the Ad Hoc Committee’s intent to further evaluate the information presented to the City Council and the public at the October 15^th, 2024, Hearing, which was relied on prior to the Council Members casting their votes.
