COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 25-020 (BLUFF TOP SLOPE REMEDIATION)
REQUEST:
To repair slope failure along a section of the existing bike path, between the Dog Beach Blufftop parking lots. Project activities would include removal of failed soil and debris, reconstruction of the slope, installation of erosion control fabric, installation of drought resistant landscaping with irrigation, and reconstruction of the bike path.
LOCATION:
20201 Pacific Coast Highway (Assessor’s Parcel No. 023-170-14), 92648 - (West side of Pacific Coast Highway between the Dog Beach Blufftop parking lots).
