Huntington Beach Approving and Implementing the Memorandum of Understanding  
Between the City of Huntington Beach and the Huntington Beach Police Officers’  
Association (HBPOA) for July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029; and,  
B) Appropriate $2,700,000 from General Fund reserves to fund the FY2026/27 costs  
associated with the implementation of the HBPOA MOU; and,  
C) Authorize the City Manager or designee to take all administrative and budgetary  
actions necessary for implementation of Resolution No. 2026-37.
