INTRODUCTIONS  
Wysocki will introduce new Commissioner, Rosalind “Roz” Price, appointed by Councilman Chad  
Williams. Commissioner Jeanne Paris will now represent Councilwoman Van Der Mark.  
PUBLIC COMMENTS  
The City welcomes public comments on agenda or non-agenda items, however, the Commission  
can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized. Each speaker may have up to 3  
minutes for comments unless the volume of speakers warrants reducing the time allowance. Time  
cannot be donated to others.  
Individuals wishing to speak at the meeting may do so by completing a Request to Speak form  
and providing it to the Recording Secretary prior to public comments. If you are unable to attend  
and wish to provide comments, please send them via email to cgomez@surfcity-hb.org by 1 p.m.  
on the day of the meeting. All written communications will be forwarded to Commissioners and  
recorded as supplemental communication.

Recognition of Scouts for Eagle projects:  
-Scout Emrys Hays - Refurbishment and reinstallation of the  
horseshoe pits at Lake Park.  
-Scout Kenneth Ackert, III - Installation of a “self-watering” bowl at  
Huntington Central Park’s Dog Park.  
-Scout Darryn Nguyen - Design, construction, and installation of a  
community park bench at Talbert Park.

Recommended Action:  
Review and recommend City Council approve the donation, installation and inscriptions of  
the America 250 Memorial Bench on City Hall property.
