The Supplemental Retirement Plan & Trust Board (the “Board”) welcomes public comments on all

items on this agenda or of community interest. We respectfully request that this public forum be

utilized in a positive and/or constructive manner. Please focus your comments on the issue or

problem that you would like to bring to the attention of the Board. Three minutes are allotted per

person and time may not be donated to others. No action can be taken by the Board on this date

unless agendized. This is the time to address the Board regarding items of interest or on agenda

items other than public hearings.

4. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES

A copy of the minutes of the regular meeting held on March 5, 2026 will be distributed for review

and approval.

5. BFSG PORTFOLIO REVIEW

A copy of BFSG’s Retirement Plan Quarterly Investment Review will be distributed for review.

6. U.S. BANK PORTFOLIO REVIEW

A copy of U.S. Bank’s Portfolio Review will be distributed for review.

7. ADJOURNMENT TO THE NEXT MEETING

The meeting will adjourn until the next meeting which is scheduled for August 20, 2026.
