PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS  
COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 26-009 (DIGESTER GAS  
FACILITIES REHABILITATION)  
REQUEST:  
To remove and replace the existing digester gas equipment,  
upgrade the existing flare station equipment and construct a new  
1,500 sq. ft. electrical building.  
LOCATION:  
22212 Brookhurst Street, 92646 (East side of Brookhurst Street North  
of PCH)  
Recommended Action:  
That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:  
A) Find the proposed project is categorically exempt of the California Environmental  
Qualify Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15302, Class 2; and  
B) Approve Coastal Development Permit No. 26-009 with findings and conditions of  
approval.
