City Manager Al Zelinka to welcome attendees, make opening comments, and provide brief introductions of facilitators, Baker Tilly.

Baker Tilly will review the agenda and the objectives, purpose, and general rules of the Strategic Plan Process with the Mayor, City Council, Charter Officers, and City staff, followed by a brief icebreaker exercise.

Provide an overview of general statistics, demographics, governance and other topics regarding the City of Huntington Beach.

Review and discuss the City’s fiscal condition at the conclusion of Fiscal Year 2022-23 as well as the fiscal outlook for future fiscal years.
