1. Authorize the Chair and the Vice Chair or their designees to work with appropriate HRC members and City staff (HRC staff liaison and the City Manager’s Office - Public Information Office) to develop brochures, flyers, and other marketing and promotional materials in a timely manner (Refer to Attachment 1 for sample flyer and brochures).
