Subject:
title
Adopt Resolution 2022-21 adopting a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2022/23 fund by SB 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017
body

Statement of Issue:
The City is required to identify the projects that will utilize this funding via the adoption of a resolution to receive State of California SB 1 funding.

Financial Impact:
Adoption of the resolution is a pre-requisite for receipt of an estimated $4,487,676 of SB 1 funding from the State, which will be deposited in the RMRA Fund 1247. Funds will be used toward eligible street and transportation projects.

Recommended Action:
recommendation
Adopt Resolution 2022-21, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach Adopting a List of Projects for Fiscal Year 2022/23 Funded by SB 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017."
end

Alternative Action(s):
