Analysis:

AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM) provided professional engineering design services for the Heil Pump Station Replacement Project.  The final design of this project was completed in 2018 and was used to apply for a FEMA grant.  In 2021 the City received a $6.7M FEMA Grant and now the project is moving forward.  As the engineer of record for this project, the City needs a contract with AECOM to update the plans and specifications prior to bidding the project in addition to providing services during construction.

AECOM was procured through an Interagency Agreement per section 3.03.080.B of our municipal Code.
