Statement of Issue:
Appointments to the Historic Resources Board of Trustees must be approved by the City Council. Currently, five terms on the Historic Resources Board will expire on June 30, 2021. Four outgoing Board members have expressed interest in continuing to serve.

Approve the reappointments of Kathie Schey, Duane Wentworth, Amory Hanson, and Mark Zambrano for an additional term of the Historic Resources Board of Trustees, effective July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2025.

Analysis:
The terms of Kathie Schey, Duane Wentworth, Amory Hanson, and Mark Zambrano expire on June 30, 2021. All four Trustees have requested reappointment to the Historic Resources Board. Attached is the communication for each Trustee requesting reappointment for an additional term. Councilmembers Peterson and Posey have viewed and approved the recommendation for reappointment.
