• City staff presentation on current identified base priorities, including COVID-19 response, City budget review, homelessness efforts, City facility related capital improvement needs, economic development strategy, development & RHNA issues, labor relations, and CIP efforts
11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Discuss and identify key City Council priorities, and by consensus, select ~5 key areas of focus for the City
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Lunch
12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - For each of the identified key areas of focus, engage City Council in a discussion regarding specific goals and strategic objectives that if achieved will make advancements towards each identified priority area
