Statement of Issue:
In order to facilitate City business with banks and other financial institutions, Resolution No. 2020-61 is being brought forward for City Council consideration to authorize the manual and/or facsimile signatures of the Chief Financial Officer, the City Treasurer, the Assistant Chief Financial Officer, and the Deputy City Treasurer as persons authorized to execute financial transactions in the name of the City of Huntington Beach.
