Statement of Issue:
There is a need for City Council to approve three authorizing resolutions for grant applications for park projects under the Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program Grant Funds.
Financial Impact:

Per the adopted FY 2019/20 budget, the projected Park Development Impact Fee Fund 228 fund balance at June 30, 2020, is approximately $10 million. These funds are sufficient to cover the 10% match requirement of $508,095 for all three park development projects. Should the City be awarded the Prop 68 grants, another Request for Council Action (RCA) to accept the grant award and appropriate the funds will be submitted for City Council approval.
