Statement of Issue:
Appointments to the Library Board of Trustees must be approved by the City Council. Currently, three terms on the Board expired on June 30, 2019. Two of the three outgoing Board members have expressed interest in continuing to serve.

Analysis:
The terms of Sherrie Daugherty, Richard Moore and Faith Vogel expired on June 30, 2019. Two of the three Trustees have requested reappointment to the Library Board. Attached is the communication requesting reappointment for an additional term. Council Members Carr and Hardy has reviewed and approve the recommendation for reappointment. The Library will recruit a new member of the Board to replace outgoing member, Ms. Sherrie Daugherty.
