Statement of Issue:
Public law requires that the City Council designate the persons authorized to execute financial transactions in the name of the City of Huntington Beach. City Council authorization is requested to update the list and titles of persons designated to transact on the City's behalf.
Financial Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with these changes.

Adopt Resolution No. 2019-45, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach Authorizing the Manual and/or Facsimile Signatures of the Interim Assistant City Manager, the City Treasurer, the Finance Manager-Budget, the Finance Manager-Accounting Services, and the Finance Manager-Treasury as Persons Authorized to Execute Financial Transactions in the Name of the City of Huntington Beach."
