The proposed FY 2019/20 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is presented for approval.

Analysis:
The proposed FY 2019/20 CIP is being recommended by staff based on available funding. The total of new appropriations for next fiscal year will be approximately $49.9 million, of which $20 million in bond funding is proposed for the Police Department Modernization Project. Continuing appropriations of $2.5 million are anticipated. The CIP will be presented to the City Council during a Study Session in May. The public hearing, and first opportunity for adoption will be June 3, 2019, with a possible continuance to the June 17, 2019 meeting.
